Messaging Credits


Credits are used for SMS reminders and other messaging features.


What Uses Credits

  • SMS booking confirmations
  • SMS reminders
  • WhatsApp notifications

    • Credit Costs

  • US/Canada SMS: 1 credit
  • International SMS: 2-5 credits (varies by country)
  • WhatsApp: 1 credit

    • Purchasing Credits

  • Go to **Settings > Billing**
  • Click **Buy Credits**
  • Select a credit package
  • Complete payment

    • Credit Balance

    View your current credit balance in Settings > Billing.


    Auto-refill

    Enable auto-refill to automatically purchase more credits when your balance runs low.
