Round-Robin Scheduling

Automatically distribute bookings across your team members.

When someone books a round-robin event:

Schedulee checks all team members' availability

Selects the next available team member in rotation

The booking is assigned to that person

Create a team event type

Under **Assignment**, select "Round-Robin"

Add team members who should receive bookings

Set weights if you want uneven distribution

Use weights to control distribution:

Weight 1 = standard amount of bookings

Weight 2 = double the bookings

Weight 0.5 = half the bookings

Add fixed hosts who will be included in every booking alongside the rotating host.
